What in the event:
@energisewithem will be leading a dance workout movement session to get your heart racing and pumping. It’s super simple moves, yet very powerful, with uplifting, high-energy music (not your typical yoga vibe — more clubbing party vibes!) and games designed to activate and balance your chakras.
